Shipping costs and delivery information

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €40. Otherwise, shipping costs within Germany are €4.99.
Shipping to all European countries costs a flat rate of €13.99. Switzerland and Great Britain are excluded, where shipping costs are €26.90.
Shipping to all other countries (worldwide, outside Europe) costs a flat rate of €36.99.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

Estimated shipping times within Germany are usually 1-2 working days, within Europe approximately 4-7 working days, and to the rest of the world approximately 2-3 weeks.

Due to special circumstances, delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may arise in their countries. Personal collection of goods is generally not possible.
