Do you wish to return an item?

You have the right to return your goods to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The processing time for returns is a maximum of 14 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns of defective products. In the exceptional case that your piece of jewelry is already defective upon delivery, please contact bbluxurychic@gmail.com so that we can find a solution to the problem.

Please also remember that we do not cover the costs of return shipping and your package must be sufficiently stamped. We advise you to keep the postage receipt for your return so that you have proof in case your package does not reach us.

For orders that do not reach us within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund is excluded. Please note the applicable right of withdrawal.

– Reason for return
